Which caviar should I try first?

Kaluga Hybrid. It is the mildest, with big buttery pearls. Or get the Tasting Kit and try three.

How much do I need?

15g to 30g per person. A 30g tin serves 1 to 2, a 50g tin 2 to 3, a 100g tin 4 to 6, a 250g tin 8 to 16.

When will it arrive?

Order by 1pm Mon to Thu and it arrives the next day. Fri to Sun orders arrive Tuesday.

How do I store it?

Coldest part of the fridge. Unopened, 4 weeks. Opened, 3 days.

Is shipping really free?

Yes, on every caviar order, anywhere in the US, overnight.

Can I add a gift note?

Yes, there is a note field in the cart. Every order already arrives gift-ready.

Is this real sturgeon caviar?

Yes. All our caviar is farmed sturgeon, lightly salted (malossol).
