The crowd-pleaser. Nutty, buttery and sea-forward in equal measure. If you only try one caviar, this is the one everyone agrees on.

Medium to large pearls with a golden glow and a firm, clean pop. Lightly salted (malossol) so the flavor leads, not the salt. Mild enough for a first tin, deep enough for the people who know.

Flavor: nutty, buttery, balanced finish
Intensity: 3 of 5
Texture: firm pearls, clean pop
Best for: first-timers, hosting, gifts

How to eat it. Straight off the spoon, on a potato chip, on fries, on eggs. There are no rules. The black tin with the smiley label is part of the fun.

Arrives cold, tomorrow. Order by 1pm Mon to Thu for next-day delivery. Fri to Sun orders arrive Tuesday. Free overnight shipping on every tin, packed cold in an insulated box. Keep refrigerated, open within 4 weeks, enjoy within 3 days of opening.
